Things To Do

Here are some ideas of things to do if you make it in town early or want to plan something fun on Sunday!

Dirt Farm Brewing

18701 Foggy Bottom Road, Bluemont, VA 20135

There are many breweries in Loudoun County close to our wedding. Dirt Farm is one of our favorites with its beautiful views.

Bluemont Vineyard

18755 Foggy Bottom Road, Bluemont, VA 20135

There also many wineries in Loudoun County. This one is next door to Dirt Farm brewery and you will get the same beautiful views.

Shenandoah National Park

VA

We love going to Shenandoah National Park for the scenic overlooks along Skyline Drive and the various summit and waterfall hikes. You could enter from the Front Royal Entrance Station and drive south along Skyline Drive. You can find all sorts of hikes of various lengths searching on All Trails. If you don't want to hike, there are many overlooks where you can simply park and enjoy the views!

Washington

Washington, DC

Washington DC is not too far away if you want to venture into the city. You could visit one of the Smithsonian museums (they are free!) or check out the monuments. We also enjoy walking along the Georgetown waterfront on a nice day.

Sports!

For those who enjoy watching sports, it should be opening weekend for NFL games as well as the US Open Tennis Men's Final on Sunday!

For all the days along the way
