Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive early beginning at 11:30 am. There will be a welcome area with some pre-ceremony beverages before you get seated for the ceremony starting at noon.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal. Assuming good weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be inside an air-conditioned barn. The ceremony will be on the lawn with a short walk on grass back to the barn for the reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
Please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. We will have a professional photographer to capture the ceremony and will share photos once available. Feel free to take photos for the remainder of the wedding and share your photos with us!

How should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP from the home page of our wedding website! We really appreciate if you can RSVP as soon as you know if you will be able to make it as it will help us with our planning. You can always update your response at a later date if something comes up.

Can I bring someone along?
Answer
Please do not bring any unexpected guests as we will be planning out seating at our tables based on our expected guests and need to provide guest counts to our caterer. For those with kids, we kindly ask you to arrange a babysitter and to not bring them with you to the wedding.

How do I get to the wedding?
Answer
We encourage our guests to arrange carpools and arrive by car to our wedding at The Oak Barn at Loyalty located in Leesburg, Virginia. There will be no shuttle service provided. When you are arriving, you will see a sign for The Oak Barn, turn right to enter, and drive straight up the hill and past the barn until you reach the parking area. As you reach the top of the hill and the road splits, stay to the left to reach the parking behind the barn. The address is 14572 Loyalty Rd, Leesburg, VA 20176.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
We will have a bar with beer, wine, and a couple special drinks we have chosen. We will also have water, soda, iced tea, and coffee.

Is there an after party?
Answer
Check out the bottom of the 'Schedule' tab for info about our evening plans following the wedding! It's completely optional for those with more energy looking to meet back up in the evening.

Will the wedding be handicap accessible?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be handicap accessible. There is an upstairs floor in the barn only available by walking up a staircase but everything should mostly be on the ground level of the barn and you won't need to go upstairs.
