Complimentary Transportation

2:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We will be providing complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the Wedding Venue. The shuttle will be departing from The Karol Hotel (hotel information located in 'travel' section of website). Guests are permitted to park within The Karol Hotel parking lot and are to meet in the lobby and/or under the covered valet area at 2:30 P.M. The shuttles will be departing promptly at 2:45 P.M. for the venue. One shuttle will be making trips back to the hotel at 6:00 P.M. (approximately after dinner) and lastly at 8:00 P.M. - for those unable to attend the entire event. The other shuttle will remain at the venue to depart at the end of the event, 10:00 P.M., with the remaining guests. *Please indicate if you plan to utilize this service on your RSVP!*
