GETTING HERE:
San Luis Obispo Airport (SBP) and Santa Barbara (SBA) are both quite close! LA (LAX) , San Jose (SJC), and San Francisco (SFO) are a bit further, but reasonable options.
STAYING HERE:
There are numerous hotels in Pismo Beach and the surrounding area (see below for some of our recommendations). We recommend staying in Pismo Beach since it is centrally located to the weekend's activities and it has several restaurants / other attractions that are walkable from many of the hotels.
AirBNB and VRBO are great resources in Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Shell Beach, or San Luis Obispo. Los Alamos where the dinner is held is small town, Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, and the surrounding towns (all wine country) are also great options.
