Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding march starts at 11:30 in the morning. We would appreciate it if you were seated by 11:15!

Question

May I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," yes!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do! But, we want our wedding to be your day off. Let the grandparents have some QT with the kiddos or email us for babysitter suggestions!

Question

Is there parking for the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please use the public parking lot located near the cafe or the other public parking spaces located throughout the park! For those staying at the Goodwin, there is a shuttle leaving from the hotel at 11AM, with return shuttles at 3:15PM, 4:00PM, and 5:00PM.

Question

Are there shuttles to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a morning shuttle from the Goodwin Hotel to the wedding site. It will arrive at 10:30AM and leave at 11:00AM sharp for the Pond House at Elizabeth Park! There will also be afternoon shuttles returning from the Pond House to the Goodwin Hotel at 3:15PM, 4:00PM, and 5:00PM. The last shuttle will be 5:00PM.

Question

Are there any other activities besides the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, for those who want to keep on celebrating, we will be hosting a Saturday evening cocktail reception at the Goodwin Hotel from 8:30PM - 10:30PM. More information is provided on the Schedule page.

Question

Can you tell me any more about the entrees?

Answer

You can't go wrong! The duck breast is oven roasted, served medium rare, with bourbon whipped sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, and demi glace. The pork osso bucco is served with creamy herb polenta, roasted broccolini, and demi glace. The seared tuna is served on the rare side with a sesame seed crust, white pepper marinade, purple sticky rice, and sauteed baby bok choy. If you have a food allergy, special diet, or dietary restriction, please let us know and we will make sure the meal is appropriately modified.

Question

Will there be a vegetarian option for the lunch reception?

Answer

Yes! Please note that you are a vegetarian and list any dietary restrictions on the RSVP card. The vegetarian meal will be grilled polenta with lentils and wild mushroom ragout and a fig and pomegranate sauce!

Question

I am allergic to X, Y, or Z - will there be any thing for me to eat?

Answer

Yes! Please pick a meal option and list your allergies on the line provided. The chef will modify the meal to accommodate your dietary restriction.
