International Rose Test Garden
A classic Portland destination with plenty of photo ops. Portland is known as the City of Roses after all, and this garden is definitely worth checking out. Christina's family goes often, and June is a great time to see these roses in bloom. Also, admission is free!

A great way to spend your Saturday immersed in the PNW culture with plenty of local vendors!

The largest independent bookstore in the world lives right here in Portland. Get lost in the mazes of books spanning multiple floors.

Our absolute favorite place for Sichuan food! Another one of our favorites that is further away but also deserves a mention is Taste of Sichuan. Both are worth checking out!

One of the best ice cream places around! There are several other locations in Portland. This one is next to Blue Star Donuts, another popular favorite.
