Check-in is at 3:00 PM. There will be (4) complimentary shuttle drop-offs/pick-ups. The shuttle holds 14 passengers per ride. The trip is 10 minutes and there is only one shuttle per time period. The shuttle will depart the hotel at the following times: 3:20 PM, 3:40 PM, 4:00 PM and 4:20 PM. Guests arriving prior to 4:30 PM are encouraged to either: 1. Socialize in The Highland Loft Lobby -or- 2. Walk across the street to Las Gorditas De Don Angel for a beverage (only non-alcoholic offered) -or- 3. Take a 3-minute walk to Elgin Public House at 219 E Chicago St, Elgin for cocktails. Later in the evening, the shuttle will pick up passengers from the venue at 10:20 PM, 10:40 PM, 11:00 PM and 11:20 PM.
