When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 30th on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive by 5:45 to find a seat and take in the beautiful ceremony backdrop under a large live oak tree and overlooking a tidal creek. The ceremony will begin at 6:00pm.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Dunes West Golf and River Club. You are welcome to leave your car in the parking lot overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please schedule your Uber or taxi in advance. Our venue is a little off the beaten path and it can be difficult to get a ride in a timely manner.
