This will be a child free event with the only exception to this being newer babies that are still dependent on their mom. Thank you for understanding!
Per the contract for our venue, firearms, knives with a blade greater than 2.5 inches long, fireworks, & illicit substances (to include recreational & medical marijuana and THC products) are prohibited. Although there is an area for cigarette smoking and vaping, we politely ask that if you do smoke that you kindly refrain from doing so at anytime during the wedding.
First, please reach out to Kevin or Christina and let them know directly if you need any special parking accommodations as spots closer to the venue are limited. Then, on the day of the event, on site staff will help provide directions on where to park. If you are parking in an accessibility spot, you will need to be parked at the venue about 1 hour before the event begins.
The event will go no later than 10PM. Alcohol service ends at 9PM, music stops by 9:30PM, and all guests must be off the premises and out of the church parking lot by 10PM. However, there is a strong likelihood we will wish to continue celebrating elsewhere, such as the Carson Valley Inn.
No. There are certain areas that, per the venue contract, general guests are not allowed. For example, the farmhouse is reserved strictly for the bride, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom, while the groom's cottage is reserved for the groom, groomsmen, fathers of the bride and groom, and ringbearers only. This includes access to the restrooms inside these spaces. Bathrooms for general guests will be available across from the barn.
Please reach out to Kevin or Christina no later than January 15th to advise of any special dietary restrictions. In addition, the venue is a working berry farm with working beehives. With that in mind, we ask that if you have any allergies, dietary or otherwise, to please bring an Epipen or whatever medical item you need with you, just to be safe.
