Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specified on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out! Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only wedding and reception (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there overnight parking?

Answer

Yes! If you need to leave your car overnight at the venue, you are more than welcome too! Your car needs to be picked up by 11 a.m. the next morning.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will feature an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception. Please check our lovely Arizona weather ahead of time!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guest to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans! We also ask that guest avoid wearing royal blue or colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins.

How do I pick my meal?

Answer

We will be having a plated dinner! You will be given two choices on your invitation, please ensure you select your dinner choice for each individual listed on the invitation. Don't forget to list any allergies or diet restrictions!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed and we understand! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Will there be explicit music?

Answer

YES! If you know our taste in music, you know we love to dance. Music will begin to have explicit language around 7:30-8:00 pm, so if you are not a fan of this, it will not hurt are feelings if you decide to depart early.
