In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Our venue can only hold so many guests and unfortunately we can't offer everyone a plus one. Contact the bride or groom if you have any questions!
The cash bar will be open for drink purchase 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. There will be a premium open bar available for four hours starting at the beginning of cocktail hour and ending an hour before the end of the reception. After that drinks will be available for purchase again at the cash bar!
Ubers and lyfts are available for rides through their apps as the hotel is located about 3 minutes from the venue. We ask that if you are a designated driver that you limit your intake of alcoholic beverages for we want everyone to travel safely after the night is over. If you happen to take an uber home, you are welcome to feel safe to leave your car in the lot. It is private and no one will be towed!
We love everyones kids so much but we have decided to keep the amount of children invited minimal. If you are amongst those whose children were invited, we must remind you that there will be an open bar and your alcohol intake will be monitored and suggest it might be best to leave the little ones at home to ensure their safety and to allow you to have the best night you could possibly have.
We ask that you show up 15-30 minutes before the ceremony. Drinks will be available for purchase before the start of the ceremony.
If the weather is nice, the ceremony will be held outdoors and seating will be provided. If it is raining, the ceremony will be held indoors and you will be escorted into the venue through the iron gates. If the weather is nice, the cocktail hour will also be held outside. Please dress appropriately to the weather!
The farewell will take place at 11:00 on the dot!
Your safety is our #1 priority. In having an open bar, we ask that you know your limits but we all make mistakes. In the event that you need a ride, there are a bunch of Ubers available to call for a ride through their app, UBER.
Yes! We ask that you send us your rsvp letters by September 1st to ensure that you will be able to join us on our big day. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do if you happen to not send in your rsvp and we will not be holding any extra open seats.
We understand that Covid restrictions are minimal now and majority of the state is back to normal, but we do ask for those who have not gotten vaccinated to please keep others in mind and to wear a mask and get Covid tested 24 hours prior to the wedding to ensure we keep the health and safety of each one of our guests as a priority.
