Christina & Ethan's story begins at Syracuse University in 2016. The two met when Christina asked a mutual friend to introduce her to Ethan after she eyed him singing karaoke at their house. Though he may have been potentially reluctant at first, their friend eventually agreed. Within months, they had completely fallen for each other, despite how they different from each other they appeared to be. She spent most nights studying, and looking for any excuse to stay in, while he spent his weekends playing rugby and looking for any excuse to go out. They learned quickly that their differences, while they may very well have been real, only brushed the surface of who they were. At heart, they are more connected than they could have ever imagined. And the rest, as they say, is history.

During a trip to Florida for New Years, while Ethan had been carrying around the ring in his pocket with him for the whole week, he finally mustered up the courage to propose to Christina while the two were enjoying the night on the beach. On January 4th, 2021 Ethan and Christina got engaged!
