We're so happy to have you join us for our special day in Carmel, California! The ceremony will take place at the historic Carmel Mission, followed by a reception with dinner & dancing at Carmel Valley Ranch, about a 15-minute drive inland from downtown Carmel. For guests flying in from out of town, we highly recommend renting a car as Ubers and Lyfts are not always available, especially later in the evening. There will be shuttles the day of the wedding to and from the ceremony and reception. Please pack a warm sweater or two as it can get chilly at night! In addition to the hotels listed below, there are plenty of cute B&Bs in Carmel-by-the-Sea and we encourage you to check them out! Some we'd recommend are Pine Inn, La Playa Carmel, Hotel Carmel, L'Auberge, and Le Petit Pali (8th Ave). Flight

Air Travel

The closest airport to Carmel is Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), which offers select regional flights from United, AA, and Alaska that connect to their respective Western US hubs. If you're joining us from the East Coast and would like to fly nonstop, your best bet is to fly into San Francisco (SFO) and drive South to Carmel.

This is our recommended hotel as there will be a shuttle pickup from this location to the ceremony, and a drop off at this location after the reception (no room block). It's close to both downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and where the wedding festivities will be taking place, at the Mission and Carmel Valley Ranch.
