Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will have transportation available from Carmel Valley Ranch and Carmel Mission Inn to the Carmel Mission Basilica for the wedding ceremony; from the Basilica to Carmel Valley Ranch for the Cocktail Hour and Reception; from Carmel Valley Ranch back to the Carmel Mission Inn at the end of the evening. In other words, if you would like to go car/rideshare free we highly suggest staying at either the Carmel Mission Inn or Carmel Valley Ranch. We will update here with a rough schedule for the shuttles!

What's the weather like?

Answer

Carmel is beautiful in October, but temperatures can range from somewhat chilly to pretty hot depending on the time of day and how far you are from the coast. We would definitely suggest bringing a shawl or covering to the wedding, and to generally pack sweaters and jackets for those chillier moments.

What is there to do in and near Carmel?

Answer
