Pursuant to Virginia law, the venue follows the CDC's guidelines so vaccinated guests (99% of our guests are vaccinated) do not need to wear masks or maintain 6 feet or more of social distance. Accordingly, the ceremony and reception will be inside and tables and chairs will not be distanced by 6 feet or more space. However, we will provide complimentary masks for whomever would like one. Moreover, the venue is quite large and we will have access to a large lawn and deck so there will be plenty of opportunities for guests to maintain social distance as makes them comfortable. Please note that businesses both in Virginia and D.C. are legally authorized to require masks so please bring a mask so you can comply with those rules.
Cocktail attire: Suit and tie for gentlemen (gray or blue preferred) and cocktail dress, suit or jumpsuit for ladies.
A limited amount of commemorative yarmulkes will be available for anyone who wants to wear one (first come, first serve) but please do not feel pressured to do so.
Guests over the age of 12 are welcome. The venue does not have daycare or staff to watch children, so it would be best for kids under 12 not to attend.
We will have an open bar serving beer, wine, liquor, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, including 2 specialty cocktails. Additionally, there will be various hot appetizers and a Mediterranean food and cheese bar. Try what you like but don't fill up before dinner! If you have allergy concerns, please feel free to reach out to us about the specific foods that will be served.
We recommend driving to the venue, which is about 15-20 minutes from the Embassy Suits and the Holiday Inn and about 35-40 minutes from downtown D.C. We will not be able to arrange transportation. Please use a ride share service or have a designated driver.
