Event guidelines will be based on current New York City and CDC regulations at the time of the event. As such, it is required that all guests, staff, and vendors be fully vaccinated prior to our wedding on Saturday, October 23rd. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination upon arrival at the Ziegfeld (physical vaccination card, photograph of vaccination card, or NYC Excelsior Pass) with your ID for confirmation. Additionally, we ask that all of our guests take either a COVID-19 PCR or Rapid Antigen test no earlier than 3 days prior to our wedding. If your child is under the age of 12 and is not eligible to receive the vaccine, it is required that they show proof of a negative PCR test taken no earlier than 3 days prior to our wedding upon arrival at the Ziegfeld. They will also be required to wear a mask for the duration of the wedding.
We have blocked hotel rooms for Friday and Saturday night for our guests. We recommend you reach out to the hotel to extend your reservation if you're looking to spend more time in NYC!
