1 May 2025 please!
Arrive from 1.30PM as the ceremony will start at 2PM (Christina promises she won't be late...)
Summer suits and colourful / vibrant dresses - no need to be overly formal, we're by the ocean! As most of the day will be in the garden, block heels or wedges might be an idea instead of stilettos.
Although we LOVE all your little ones, we're very tight on space at the Fort and so only the names included on the invite are invited to attend the Saturday main events. But kids, parents, friends or whoever you might be in Cornwall with are very welcome to come to the Friday and Sunday activities. Please just let us know who plans to come on the Sunday as if we hold this at the Fort we will be slightly restricted on numbers
See above! We're very tight on space at the Fort and so only those included on the invite are able to attend for the Saturday main events.
Take a look at the accommodation section of the website and there's plenty of Airbnb's around - Cawsand or Kingsand are best if you want to be in a little village with amenities, otherwise there are some beautiful spots above Whitsand Bay and a lovely campsite at Makers Heights if you prefer a tent or ecodome for the weekend.
You making your way to Cornwall is everything we can wish for and we are so grateful that you are travelling to celebrate with us for the weekend - so please don't feel the need to buy a gift. If you really can’t resist, a little something towards our honeymoon adventure or to help make our flat feel even more like home would be hugely appreciated. Our registry is on Prezola - https://prezola.com/buy/view/220864
Yes! We want to make a real weekend of it - there are all the 'official' events on the RSVP page, but we will also be arranging walks, sea swims and tennis, so please include your phone number on the RSVP and we will create a whatsapp group for the weekend
No problem - on the RSVP we have included a section for dietary requirements or allergies - please include your request there or message Christina if you missed that!
Yes - there's parking for 50 cars at Polhawn Fort which should be plenty for the guests but please share with as many other people as possible so we minimise the number and reduce our environmental impact!
We won't have a shuttle TO the ceremony at Polhawn Fort - please drive (sharing with as many others as possible) or arrange a taxi. From 10.30PM until 1AM, we will have a shuttle taking guests back to their local accommodation around the peninsula from Polhawn Fort. Please include details of where you are staying and if you want to be taken home by shuttle after the party.
Take a look at the 'Things to do' page - we've included a few top tips for activities and places to visit in the surrounding area as well as our favourite spots further afield in Devon and Cornwall.
