We are still relatively new to the area, so our recommendations are limited. But, there are plenty of restaurants, vineyards, and coffee shops in the area! If you have a little more time, there are plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding mountains as well!

Beautiful park along the Colorado River. It has a massive dog park, playground, picnic tables, and river access. It is my favorite place to go for a stroll along the river or to simply sit on the rocks and enjoy the sun!

Las Colonias Park

If you have some time, this place is a phenomenal place for hiking and sight-seeing. The drive alone is full of spectacular views of the Grand Valley.

Colorado National Monument

The pizza here is really good. We've been here a couple of times and rather enjoyed it. Definitely a good option for lunch or dinner.
