What colors are the bridal party wearing?
Answer
Our bridal party and immediate family will don dark chocolate brown and dark olive green attire. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing these colors, as well as white dresses for women.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony is set to take place outside the main barn, weather permitting. In the event of rain, the alternative location will be the lower level of the barn. Event staff and ushers will be present to guide you to your seats as necessary.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will not be providing shuttles, so you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the wedding. This includes ensuring you have a safe journey back home if that is your plan after the reception ends.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please make arrangements to arrive at the site by approximately 12:30 PM.

Is the reception in the same area as the ceremony?
Answer
Absolutely! The main barn serves as the reception area and is just a short walk away from the ceremony site, which is located just outside the barn!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is an ample parking lot available on-site for guests.

Will there be shuttles?
Answer
We will not provide shuttle services, as guests will be departing for various locations after the reception, including their homes in different cities. Please take charge of your transportation and ensure you have a sober ride if you intend to enjoy any alcoholic drinks. Our departure from the venue is scheduled for 8:00 PM, and since the wedding takes place on a Sunday, we understand that many guests may have work commitments the next day.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?
Answer
YES! Items must be removed by 9 a.m. the next day. Please note that there will be no shuttle service available, so make sure to arrange for a sober ride if you intend to enjoy alcoholic beverages at the event.

Am I allowed to bring my kids?
Answer
A few of our dear friends and family members under the age of 21 are included on the invitations. We cherish your children, but if they are not mentioned in your invitation, kindly make arrangements for their care and join us for an adults-only celebration.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are officially registered on our Zola website. However, our preferred gift would be contributions to our honeymoon fund, allowing us to create even more memorable experiences together as a couple. Fun fact: all of our previous "vacations" have revolved around destination races, so we are thrilled that our honeymoon will be our first genuine, relaxing getaway together! Your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift of all!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We initially planned to arrange hotel blocks for our wedding, but we found it complicated due to the multiple night minimums, which didn't quite fit our needs. Therefore, we hope that anyone requiring hotel accommodations can make their own arrangements in advance. Local hotels in New Richmond and nearby cities are great options. Additionally, there are several Airbnbs available, with some guests choosing to share them with friends and family!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

You will receive a formal invitation to any events outside of the wedding if you are included on the list for those occasions.
