When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can, since the *RSVP is online only* you can RSVP any time. The sooner you know the better prices will be and availability of hotel rooms before a big holiday weekend. Plus, the Bride and Groom can plan the extra festivities for you! No later then July 31, 2018.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If envelope addressed to you was mailed with a guest name or "guest" you can. If not, only those stated on your addressed envelope can. Sorry!! We only have so much room at the venue.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, if you scroll to the top of the page you will see a tab called Registry. However, if you are attending the wedding we only ask for your presence and to enjoy yourself. No gifts are necessary!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest getting there, signing in and finding a seat by 5:00 pm. The shuttles will be picking up guests at the hotels at 4:45 pm. The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. Both ceremony and reception are outside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the wedding please dress in cocktail attire. Cowboy/cowgirl boots are welcome! No hats. For the extra festivities, like welcome party and brunch, you can dress casual. FYI - The wedding ceremony and reception are outside.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, the hotels on our Travel tab. See the hotel blocks we have available. However, you can book where ever you wish. All hotels suggested are 10 mins away from the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, see the Schedule tab for details on shuttle pick ups.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free valet in front of the venue. Just pull up and someone will park your car.

How far is Nashville from where the wedding and hotels are?

Answer

Nashville is about 25 mins North of the wedding.
