When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP By February 24. HOWEVER, the last day to book with the hotel block is February 14th!!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Cocktail/Semi-Formal. Think knee length or longer for dresses. Please no jeans or tee-shirts. Floral patterns are welcome. Our colors are light blue and sage, so if you want to match the bridesmaids, wear those colors! However, March in Virginia can be 40 or 80 degrees. Please plan accordingly as the ceremony is on the cover back deck.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45*. This will give you plenty of time to walk to the back deck and find your seat. Anyone not on the deck at the ceremony start time will not be permitted into the ceremony. *Please check back once the invitations have arrived for exact start time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation and/or RSVP card will indicate if you have a plus one. If you have a date and we do not know you are seeing someone, please reach out sooner than later as we are limited on seating. We will try our best to accommodate you and your date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We will indicate on your invitation if your kids are welcome! EX: Ms. Jane Jones vs The Jones Family.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

ABSOLUTELY! Please indicated on the RSVP or reach out to Christina or Forrest prior to February 14.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free for all wedding guests and if you are staying at the hotel, it is included in your room rate.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We thank you in advance if you are considering giving us a gift. You will find our registry under the registry tab. You can also search for our registry at Target.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, because the ceremony is at the hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Delta, there is another hotel down the street and few AirBNBs near by. If you have any questions about the area, please reach out!
