Cielo and China met back in College in the Philippines. They were both majoring in Political Science but after freshmen year Cielo changed her major to Information Technology. She still hangs out with us and even after China moved to the US, Cielo and China's group of friends would prepare for her visit to the Philippines and celebrate her being home. Cielo is now in the US (Chicago) for work and she visits China in Washington as much as she can.

China met Tomoko through a co-worker, Ricky Chon. China and Tomoko ended up being neighbors when she use to live at University place. They have gotten close and they hungout throughout the years living in Tacoma. They would take their dog Zorro for a walk and sometimes China would dog sit for them.
