FAQs

Question

Where should I RSVP? And by when?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by mail with the invitation you received or on this personalized website. Please RSVP by July 9th. If you cannot attend the wedding, please still send back your RSVP card so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks. Please note that we are requesting all guests to please wear ALL BLACK outfits.

Question

Will the wedding be taking place outdoors?

Answer

Half and Half! The ceremony will be outside in a field so please dress weather appropriate and wear appropriate shoes. The reception will then take place about 5 minutes away at the River Falls American Legion.

Question

Where do I go to the bathroom? 💩

Answer

Unfortunately we will not have bathrooms available at the ceremony but it will be short and sweet. The reception will of course have bathrooms.

Question

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

I am so glad you asked, yes! The wedding's theme is Western Goth. So fun and fitting right? That's why we are asking guests to wear all black so the bride and groom really pop!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Guests will be able to park on the property for the ceremony. There will be signs indicating where to park. The reception venue has it's own parking lot.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes and no. During the reception, of course! However, we ask that guests do not take any photos during the ceremony and refrain from the use of cell phones and other electronic devices. Any photos posted to social media can use the hashtag #ReiterDie to explore other fun moments from the night! Get it, it's like 'Ride or Die?'

Question

What to do at the reception venue while I wait for the bride and groom?

Answer

We will have a polaroid camera and guest book. We would LOVE for you to take a cute picture of yourselves, stick it in the book and write a nice message.

Question

Will Kait's parents be embarrassing?

Answer

Yes. lol
