Our Story
In 2021, Chris came across Eneilitza on Instagram’s explore page and was immediately drawn to her freckles and the strong family vibes in her photos with her sister and nephews. After realizing they were both Puerto Rican — Eneilitza from the island and Chris from New York City — and lived nearby in South Florida, he decided to shoot his shot… more than once. After a few rejections, Chris finally gave up, which is exactly when Eneilitza decided to start pursuing him. When they eventually went on their first date, neither wanted it to end. Still keeping him on his toes, Eneilitza already had plans to go salsa dancing in Miami with friends and casually invited Chris along. That spontaneous night kicked off their journey together — filled with travel, pickleball, dancing, lots of laughter, and a deep love of family and culture.
