Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Deer Creek Country Club.
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception indoors. Umbrellas and fans will be provided for guest comfort during the ceremony.
The reception will conclude at 11:30 PM.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and remain fully present with us. Our photographer will capture every moment.

Yes. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the DoubleTree by Hilton and Deer Creek Country Club. To the venue: Shuttles will run from 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM, with the final departure at 4:40 PM. Return to the hotel: Shuttles will run from 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM, with the final departure at 11:55 PM.
The only children involved in our wedding will be those participating in the ceremony. While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
