How do I get to the venue?

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the DoubleTree by Hilton and Deer Creek Country Club. Complimentary valet parking will also be available at the venue, and guests are welcome to arrive via Uber or taxi.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the 5:00 PM ceremony to allow time for seating and shuttle arrivals.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Deer Creek Country Club.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), with the reception indoors. Umbrellas and fans will be provided for guest comfort during the ceremony.

The reception will conclude at 11:30 PM.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and remain fully present with us. Our photographer will capture every moment.

Will shuttle service be provided?

Answer

Yes. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the DoubleTree by Hilton and Deer Creek Country Club. To the venue: Shuttles will run from 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM, with the final departure at 4:40 PM. Return to the hotel: Shuttles will run from 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM, with the final departure at 11:55 PM.

Are children welcome?

Answer

The only children involved in our wedding will be those participating in the ceremony. While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
