What is the best airport to use?

Answer

Oakland International Airport (OAK) or San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) are the closest airports, with about 30-40 minute drive from Pleasanton, CA. If you fly into OAK, you can take BART into the Pleasanton area. See more info on the Travel page.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?

Cocktail Attire - a semi-formal, sophisticated look! We want to see everyone look their best!

Any attire colors to be aware of?

Immediate family will be wearing dusty blue and the bridal party will be wearing shades of green.

Is it Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors at the Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue site but we recommend to carpool or uber/lyft if possible if you plan on drinking.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have signature drinks and a full bar, but no shots per the venue, only on the rocks.

What is the schedule of events?

Answer

We will have the ceremony, then cocktail hour, the grand entrance for the wedding party, a prayer for the dinner, money dance, and a late night snack while we get to party!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but we can only accommodate children of close/immediate family. We hope you can understand our decision and can make the necessary arrangements for childcare.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding means everything to us! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please visit the Registry page. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.
