Angela Christensen
Bride
Through many dangers, toils, and snares, Angela survived being the youngest of five children. Despite being the youngest, Angela has the biggest heart, which has led to her fostering half the homeless cat population in Racine. Angela fought bravely on the front lines during COVID and plans to finish medical school sometime before the sun burns out.
Joe Hendricks
Groom
Joe Hendricks, AKA Joe Bumble, is a nuisance on a speed-bike and is wanted in the state of Wisconsin for insurance fraud. Joe is the middle child with two brothers and one sister. Joe enjoys everything about sports: playing, watching, and coaching. In between juggling two kittens and performing a substandard job at chores, Joe always finds time to take pause and enjoy life with Angela.
Mary Jo Stankowski
Maid of Honor
The bride's favorite (and only) sister who spent her childhood with Angela putting on puppet shows while baby-sitting, begrudgingly sharing a bunkbed with Angela, and creating makeshift menus for their pretend restaurant. Mary Jo was the designated babysitter of all her siblings and continues to be a soundboard for Angela throughout adulthood. She is also a wonderful wife and the happy mother of Cicero, the ring-bearer.
Andrew Hendricks
Best Man
Andrew is the youngest of four on the Hendricks side; by far, he is the most outspoken of his family and continues to be the life of the party. Always together as kids, Andrew and Joe spent the majority of their time in the backyard playing soccer and suffering injuries while playing on the trampoline. Andrew will be sad to keep his best friend Molly at home, but he understands that dogs are not allowed.
Patty Christensen
Mother of the Bride
Conquistador of Construction, Demolisher of Drywall, First of Her Name, Patty "Where's My Chainsaw" Christensen is reprising her role as mother of the bride. Although she is best known for building beautiful bonfires, and singing silly songs, she has always been a nurturing mother, kind-hearted soul, and best friend to the bride.
Jane Hendricks
Mother of the Groom
Jane is the kind-hearted mother of the groom and part-time private secretary for her husband Perry. She enjoys spending time with her family at the lakehouse while endlessly dominating the bride in Dominoes. She supplies Joe with fulfilling hugs and sound advice. However, don't be fooled, if Joe ever goes missing without a trace, don’t waste time suspecting Angela; with all the crime shows Jane watches, she should be your number one suspect 🕵🏻
Lee Christensen
Father of the Bride
After more than 30 years, Lee has finally been able to kick the last warbling, over-grown bird out of the endlessly-renovated nest, after much kicking, screaming, ankle-breaking, and Parent Plus Loans. You would think after marrying-off five kids, he would be sick of these parties-- but he appears to be as excited as ever!
Perry Hendricks
Father of the Groom
Perry, the father of the groom, AKA The OG (Original Ginger) is a man of many talents. He can talk an ear of corn off the stalk yet failed to teach the groom how to correctly use a tape measure. Joe is a direct reflection of the man Perry taught him to be-- including Joe and Perry's shared love for riding motorcycles 😊
James Christensen
Officiant
The president, co-founder, chairman, and treasurer of Christensen Christenings LLC, Rev. Dr. HC James Lee Christensen is excited to get this over with so he can focus on and pursue his dream of delivering funeral eulogies. He will be providing a new drive-thru service, kiddy-corner to the Little Vegas Wedding Chapel, that offers "10 minutes or less" services.
John Christensen
Officiant
Brother of the bride, John Christensen, is delighted to be a part of this moment with his honorary triplet (Angela and James). Known for stage combat and child endangerment, John always pushes the boundaries of imagination in the students he teaches. John and his husband Jared conveniently lived five minutes away from bride and groom before their big move to Illinois, and they have had the pleasure to be closely involved in the couple's journey.
Rosie Christensen
Flower Girl
Rosie is the eldest niece on the Bride's side. Rosie spends her days doling out stickers and running around completing wizard quests while filling out her journals. Rosie is eager to receive her Hogwarts letter once she turns 11 years old.
Abi Christensen
Flower Child
Abi Christensen, the bride's youngest niece, will accompany her older sister down the aisle as co-flower girl. Abi loves to play board games with her family, singing at the top of her lungs, and is constantly vying to be the best older sister she can be.
Cicero Stankowski
Ring Bearer
Making his wedding debut, Cicero "Chickpea" Stankowski is excited to star in the leading role as "Ring Bearer." Although initially confused about why he couldn't dress up as Spiderman, he is more than happy to carry this symbol of love and commitment down the aisle for his Madrina❤️.
Landon Hendricks
Ring Security
Landon is Joe's nephew and the son of Joe's eldest brother Steve. Landon and Joe share a love of video games and Chess. Landon takes great pride in dishing out loses to Joe whenever they play games. Joe believes Landon could make a great salesman even though Landon seems to always offer lopsided deals in his favor.👀
James G. Christensen
Ring Bearer
Rosie and Abi are excited to share this experience with their baby brother James- youngest nephew of the bride. He will be sharing his hunk status with baby Leo with the watchful eye of Ring Bearer Landon and cousin Cicero as they stroll down the aisle together. Baby James has the softest, kissable cheeks and cutest toothy grin- you can't miss him!
Leo Tinker
Ring Bearer
Brand new addition to the Hendricks Family, Leo will be making his way down the aisle with the help of his favorite cousin Landon! He will be rocking the latest in infant wedding attire while simultaneously avoiding a monster blow out (an action he has become famous for). Get your hugs in while you can, because as soon as the bride has a free moment she plans to love him up!
Matt Christensen
Usher
Oldest brother of the bride, Matthew is best known for teaching all of his siblings extreme sports, like riding tricycles off roofs into pools and using ceiling rafters as valuable hiding spots in "Hide and Go Seek." Matthew was always there to practice basketball in the driveway with Angela-- all the while making sure he scored more points in the end (can't lose to his little sister). Matthew is the proud father of three, with his loving wife, Danielle.
Steve Hendricks
Usher
Steve is the eldest sibling of the Hendricks clan and by far the closest in appearance to Joe. Steve is still wanted by Brookfield police for doing donuts in the school parking lot👀👀. Steve and Joe share passions for soccer, skiing and videogames. Steve is a kind husband and the father of Landon who is in charge of ring security for the day.
Ana Prendergast
Honor Attendant
Ana is the cousin of the bride, and enjoys mountain climbing, pier jumping, and roller derby. Ana never seems to slow down, and is always willing to jump in, whether that be helping Angela with advanced calculus, visiting her relatives, or sharing fun facts about the DMV. Ana has always looked out for Angela as her little sister and has always been there to support Angela and Joe's relationship.
Jen Tinker
Honor Attendant
Jen is the one and only daughter on the Hendricks side and she loves every minute of it. She is the suspect in many of Joe’s childhood injuries— the investigation is still ongoing. Jen continues to welcome Angela into the family with open arms. She is a gentle wife, new mother, and the glue that keeps the Hendricks family together.
Jared Halloway
Wedding Day Coordinator
Dance choreographer, condensed gospel choir, and brother-in-law of the bride, Jared Holloway will be monitoring every aspect of the event with walkie-talkie in hand, protecting the couple from the inevitable drama that comes on Angela and Joe’s special day. As wedding day coordinator, Jared obsessively and meticulously planned every detail of this beautiful day (unless you didn't like something--then that's what Joe planned) 😂
