White Mountains
Mike and I love love love the White Mountains of New Hampshire! There are hikes of all shapes and sizes, so we like to use AllTrails (an app) to help us find what we are looking for! If you want any hiking recommendations let us know! This time of year is BEAUTIFUL in the Whites! You won't regret the trip!
Burlington, Vermont
SUCH a fun city, especially this time of year! Ben and Jerry's Ice cream, great eats, and breweries galore! No shortage of fun in this super cute city!
Mount Wachusett
Our favorite local hike spot! Very moderate and accessible hike! Wachusett Brewery is nearby as well! Check out the famous Wachusett Blueberry beer!
Portland, Maine
Portland is such a fun and funky city out here in the Northeast! A great costal city up North that has awesome food (check-out Duck Fat!) and grab yourself a lobster roll!
Boston
Boston is a short trip away and full of history! Check out the seaport, the north end, beacon hill, Fenway park or soutie to see all the great things Boston has to offer! Need recs? We got you!
Tougas Family Farm
Check out our favorite local orchard! Tougas is a family owned and has great apple cider donuts and pumpkins!
Cape Cod
The Cape is not only historic, but beautiful any time of year! While the water may be cold, the beaches are a site to see! The National Sea Shore is amazing and there are awesome bike trail and things to do throughout! You won't get better sea food than here!
Providence
Providence is a short trip (less than 40minutes) south down a scenic highway from Worcester, home to Providence College, Brown University and many more prominent academic institutions, it’s a happening social center with great Italian and Portuguese food. Check out The Rooftop at the Providence G or Providence Coal Fired Pizza for food - also, there is a casino in little Rhode Island - Bally’s Twin Rivers in Lincoln, RI is on the way to Prov!
Salem
It wouldn’t be October witch out heading to Salem! Be prepared for some spooky treats and a fantastic historical city with plenty of charm and fun! We have been to Salem many times and even as casual Halloween fans, it’s still a treat for everyone!
