Please join us for a welcome tailgate to kick off wedding weekend! We have spots reserved near the stadium in the Hibernian Culture Center parking lot (19 Temple St Worcester, MA)! BYOB and come say hello before we cheer on the Crusaders at 4 pm at Polar Park! We are so excited the game will be in downtown Worcester at Polar Park and are excited to tailgate in the area and show our guests all the awesomeness Worcester has to offer! This is completely optional for all guests, but if you would like to attend the game tickets are sold here https://www.polarpark.com/ebwclassic. Please feel free to grab the standing room only tickets as the park is very user friendly and the game can be seen from anywhere. Let us know if you have any questions!

Church Casual; Please wear whatever you would be comfortable to attend church in!
Parking will be nearest to the chapel at the McKeon St entrance! If that lot fills there is parking near the Luth Athletic Complex at the top of The Hill and walk down to the Chapel. Please feel free to come early/ stay late and enjoy our beautiful campus on The Hill!
Cocktail Hour

Come ready to party in whatever clothes work for you!
We will have light appetizers at cocktail hour after the ceremony! Please feel free to stop at your hotel/air bnb after the ceremony to relax/change/drop your vehicle at the hotel and gear up to start the party! Cocktail hour will be in the front yard and guest are welcome to find their seats in the backyard whenever they would like! The reception activities will begin around 5 pm.

This event will be a full blown backyard BBQ! Please feel free to dress casual and be ready to dance the night away as we enjoy an array of Worcester local food and beverages!
Our BBQ Buffet will be available starting at 5:30 PM! We have opted to do a "cocktail reception" which means, you eat when you're hungry and be on the dancefloor when you aren't!
After Party Smore's and More!

Come as you are! This after party will remain at the Oliver's for anyone who would like to keep the drinks flowing and the party going!
We will be handing out "Smore' Love" kits to roast by the fire for anyone who would like a sweet treat to end the night!
