How will I get to the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to the ceremony/reception from The Courtyard Marriott, Westin Harborview, The Press Hotel, and the Marriott Residence Inn/ Downtown. Shuttle 1 will depart the Courtyard Marriott at 4:15PM where it will make a second stop at the Westin Harborview. The shuttle will depart the Westin at 4:30PM to arrive at the wedding venue at 4:45PM. Shuttle 2 will depart the Residence Inn at 4:15PM, where it will make a second stop at the Press Hotel. The shuttle will depart the Press Hotel to arrive at the wedding venue at 4:45PM. Shuttles will return guests beginning at 9:30PM. The last shuttle will be 11:30PM. Uber and Lyft are also options for the more tech savvy and independence-seeking crowd. Please do not drive to the ceremony/ reception, as your car will be ticketed (or worse, towed!)

Do I have to wear a tux?

Answer

Absolutely not! Our invitation for black tie is for those dying to pull out and dust off that once-in-a-blue-moon suit. If you don't have a tux kicking around, a dark suit is equally appropriate.

Are the welcome party and Sunday breakfast mandatory?

Answer

Not at all! As much as we want you to spend the whole weekend with us, we wish everyone to explore and enjoy Portland as it makes sense.
