What is the attire?

Answer

We invite you to dress in celebration with us, in a palette of deep greens, soft whites, and classic blacks — tones that reflect the mood of the evening: elegant, grounded, and effortlessly romantic. Formal or semi-formal attire is encouraged.

Is the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, all events are at the same location. The Ceremony will begin at 4pm followed by Cocktail Hour at 4:30pm & Reception at 5:30pm at Hayes Hollow in Arlington, TX.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony & Reception are indoors. The Cocktail Hour is an indoor/outdoor mix with Bar access on the outdoor patio.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 3pm. All guests should be seated at least 10 minutes before there ceremony begins. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm sharp.

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have any dietary restriction, please text Christen or Adrianna & they'll share with their wedding planning team.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

At this stage in their lives, Christen & Adrianna have everything they need. In lieue of physical gifts, Christen & Adrianna kindly request the gift of experiences. The couple has an experience-based Registry page on this website. To avoid processing fees for family & friends, they've opted to receive funds via Venmo.

Can I bring a card?

Answer

Yes! There will be a designated card station to drop your words of encouragement for the couple at the wedding venue.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot located behind the venue for wedding guests. Please note: the doors to enter are in the middle of the building - between the parking lot & the street, SW Green Oaks Blvd.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kids — but for this event, we’re keeping the guest list small and are only able to include a few little ones. If your complete family is not listed on the invitation, we hope you’ll enjoy a relaxing evening out!

Where is the best place to stay near the venue?

Answer

There are a few options provided on the Travel tab of the website. The wedding venue is located in Southwest Arlington, so if you can't find what you're looking for, look at lodging options in Mansfield, Texas, where AP & Chris live 12 minutes away from the venue.
