Maid of Honor
Hi, my name is Alisha. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of knowing Christelle since high school, and over the years, our bond has only grown stronger; we’ve truly become the best of friends. From sitting in class side-by-side, joining sports teams, to navigating life under the same roof as young adults, we’ve shared many unforgettable memories. Watching Christelle grow into the powerhouse woman she is today, driven, passionate, and full of heart, has been nothing short of incredible. I still remember when she first introduced us to Karl six years ago. This was the first time I saw her genuinely smitten. It was so sweet, and I knew right then that this was something special for her. Seeing their love grow has been such a beautiful thing, and I couldn't be happier for her. I’m excited to be part of this journey and still can’t believe our girl Cece is getting married — it’s surreal in the best way! I can't wait to see her walk down that aisle. Let the love celebration begin!
Maid of Honor
I first met Christelle back in the 3rd grade, and since then, she has been one of the most amazing friends I could ever ask for—truly like a sister to me. Over the years, I’ve watched her grow into a kind, strong, and beautiful woman, and I know she will step into this new chapter as an incredible wife. I still remember when she first told me about Karl—her very first boyfriend, someone she had known growing up, and now the man who has become her husband. Watching their love story unfold has been so special, and it’s clear how deeply they care for and support one another. I couldn’t be happier for this union, and I wish Christelle and Karl a lifetime filled with love, joy, and endless happiness.
Maid of Honor
Hey everyone!! My name is Sindy. First and foremost, I want to start by congratulating the beautiful bride and groom! My friendship with Christelle and Karl began way back in middle school when I met Christelle. At the time, I was pretty shy and mostly kept to myself but Christelle was this warm, bubbly presence. We made eye contact in the cafeteria, and she thought I was a bit of a weirdo (which is fair!). But not long after, we were placed in the same class, and that’s when our bond really began. Since then, our friendship has grown into something truly meaningful, full of laughter, deep talks, and unwavering support. I met Karl a few years later, in 2017, through Christelle. Our first interaction was after school one day. I didn’t know much about him at the time, but over the years, I came to know him through the stories Christelle would share—and through the undeniable crush she had on him, which she definitely denied after he initially rejected her! Of course, a few years later Karl finally came to his senses and realized just how beautiful, inside and out; Christelle is. And despite her attempts to pretend the crush never happened (yes, Christelle, you remember!), somehow she found her way into his heart, just as he found his way into hers. It’s been such an honor to witness their journey and to be a part of both of their lives. I consider them both dear friends, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate their love.
Bridesmaid
Hi! I’m Abby, Christelle’s older cousin and now proud to call Karlens my cousin too. Being part of this special day means so much to me. Christelle isn’t just my little cousin; she’s like a sister to me. We understand each other in a way that doesn’t need explaining, and I don’t think we’ve ever gone more than a week without talking. Meeting Karlens and seeing how much he truly loves and cherishes her filled my heart with joy. He was so welcoming from the very start and felt like family right away. I’m so excited for the beautiful life they’re building together, and I pray God blesses their marriage in every way possible. Congratulations Christelle and Karlens! I love you both so much!

Summer of 2008 Christelle and all her siblings moved to the US and we had the best summer ever. Late nights playing pranks on each other and living carefree. When they had to move to Boston, it was devastating—we all cried like it was the end of the world. But summers together became a regular thing. I always looked forward to when my parents would say we were heading to Boston for the weekend. To this day we find ourselves going back and forth from CT and BOS and always having a great time. Christelle has become more than a cousin; she is the little sister I never had. We spend hours on the phone just chatting. I love Christelle with all my heart and I’m so happy to see her blossoming into a strong-willed, loving woman. Summer of 2019 I remember walking downstairs and seeing this random boy on my couch. I was told he was Christelle’s boyfriend. The protective big sister in me looked at him up and down and asked, “Who said Christelle could have a boyfriend?” That same night Karlens showed he was willing to embarrass himself to prove himself in front of my wild brothers. I instantly had a soft spot for him. Karlens is such a protective lover of my sister and for this I am happy. He has seamlessly become family in the blink of an eye. I am proud to call him my brother-in-law. I look forward to seeing you both grow and can’t wait for our kids to share the same memories we’ve made together.

I’ve had the joy of growing up with both the bride and groom—one since birth and the other as a neighbor just down the street. I never imagined I’d one day be the link that brought them together, yet here we are. Wishing them a beautiful marriage and a future overflowing with love, joy, and happiness.

Hi my name is Rhayana! Karl and I grew up next door to each other our families were friends, and I have so many memories of us playing outside with my siblings during the summer. Years later, sometime before or during COVID, I met Christelle through Karl’s sister. From day one, she felt like the big sister I never knew I needed. At that time, she and Karl were just friends, but I remember her having the biggest crush on him! Then one summer, she came to me like, “Guess what? We’re finally together!” Ever since, it’s been such a beautiful journey watching them grow as a couple. I’ve loved seeing the way their relationship has blossomed and how much they’ve grown together. I’m honestly so excited to see what the future holds for them. Love you both so much ! congratulations again!!
Flower Woman
Hi, my name is Aliyah and I’m Christelle’s sister-in-law through my sister. What I love most about Christelle and Karl is how kind and dependable they are, and how perfectly those qualities shine through in their relationship. I remember during game nights when they first started getting to know each other and dating — it was so funny how they would always deny, deny, deny, but you could clearly see the little spark between them. Watching their love grow since then has been such a joy, and I’m so excited to see them step into marriage and continue building a beautiful life together.
Best Man
To our lovely couple Louis, and Christelle, My lifelong brother and biblical philosopher Louis Joseph. Words alone cannot describe our journey this past decade and more. From soccer matches on Norfolk Street to kitchen table debates, Louis you have been my brother in all but name. We grew up with chaos, laughter, and quite a few questionable decisions, but with loyalty and love as our base. Christelle, you're the perfect yin to his yang much grounded, radiant, and real. The way you love him brings out the best in him, and the way you move through life brings calm to others. You two are the rhythm. You guys are setting the example of what it means to love and support one another in this god forsaken generation. Your relationship has proved to me how love can grow stronger through storms and laughter, with the whole future stretched far and wide into hope and promises. So here's to the magic in imperfection, the strength in your bond, and the grace that will carry you forward. I am proud, honored, and grateful to witness the beginning of your forever. Let love be your guide. Here's to the both of you.

Hi everyone, I’m AyKeil. I met Karl and Christelle through my girlfriend back in the summer of 2021, and over the years we’ve spent time together at social gatherings and volleyball runs. Karl carries himself with a steady presence and approaches things in his own way. He’s consistent in how he shows up for Christelle. Christelle is sharp, full of energy, and naturally brings life to whatever space she’s in. They balance each other well, and it’s been a pleasure seeing their relationship grow over time. I feel blessed to soon be part of such a special moment in both of their lives… congrats to the Josephs!

We celebrate not just the joining of two hearts, but the beginning of a beautiful journey. My sister is uniting with a man who is kind, supportive, and ready to walk with her through every season of life. Together, they will build a home rooted in love, trust, and respect. This union is not only a promise of companionship but also a step toward fulfilling her dream of becoming a mother. I know that with his love and support, she will embrace that role with grace, strength, and joy. May their love grow deeper each day, and may their future be filled with blessings, laughter, and the family they’ve always dreamed of.

I’ve known my sister all my life—she's been my built-in best friend, my constant, and someone I’ve watched grow into the amazing person she is today. As for her fiancé (Karlens) I’ve known him for over 15 years, and in that time, he’s become like family too. It’s been such a joy to see their love story unfold, knowing each of them so well in their own right, and now watching them build a life together. It’s not just two people coming together, it’s two people I care about deeply finding happiness in each other—and that makes it all the more special. May God continue to bless this union and extend it with kids. Bless up.

I’m Kerlens Jeanty (aka K9). I first met Louis back in 2014–2015 through our mutual friend Delgi, and he’s been one of my closest friends ever since. He’s always been the kind of person with a good heart — caring, loyal, and solid to have in your corner. We spent most of our childhood together with our friend group, and over time it felt less like friendship and more like brotherhood. We kept each other moving, playing sports, working out, and pushing each other with that healthy, competitive energy only brothers have. Later on, I met Christelle through Louis — another genuine, kind-hearted person. Together, they make a perfect team.

I’ve know Louis for 12 years now and in that time I’ve been proud to call him my friend and brother. I’m happy to say I’ve know his partner Christelle for just as long though not on the same level. Me and Lou first met freshman through a mutual friend and from there we never looked back. The summer of 2013 is when I first got to witness the start of what would become a beautiful partnership. We only later learned that they had known each other for much longer. I'd like to say that I’ve been around for the whole thing; the good, the bad and everything in between but from the start all I’ve witnessed is a great friendship turn into a perfect marriage. All though this marriage shows me that we are indeed adults who are only getting older I’m happy for the beautiful couple that’ll be able to continue to grow older and happier together. Congratulations Louis and Christelle and thank you for allowing me to be here from the start of your journey

Louis and I have known each other on and off for about 6–7 years, but it wasn’t until 2021—and more recently in 2024–25—that we really started to connect on a deeper level. Our conversations have evolved into honest, thought-provoking dialogues about life, purpose, and the next steps ahead. There’s a calm depth to Louis, someone who’s always willing to challenge a thought while honoring where it came from. That mutual respect has laid the foundation for a genuine friendship I truly value As for Christelle, while I haven’t known her long, some people leave an impression that time doesn’t measure. Her energy is warm and disarming—she has a presence that feels both welcoming and real. From what I’ve seen, she’s the perfect complement to Louis: joyful, strong-willed, and grounded. Together, they’ve built something worth admiring. A relationship rooted in respect, laughter, and intention. I have deep respect for both of them and am excited to witness the continued journey they’re choosing to walk side by side.
