Russell and Christa discovered a sea shanty sing at the Dubliner Pub that is held every second monday of the month. To surprise Christa for her birthday, Russell invited lots of Christa’s friends to the Dubliner the night before her birthday. He got up to lead a song and sang ‘The Retirement Song’ which is about a sailor who says he is done with sailing because he found a bride. Christa was completely clueless and didn’t have any idea until he came up to her at the end of the song and got down on one knee. The entire pub erupted in cheers!
