Our home base for the weekend. This is where the reception and after party will take place, and it's only a seven minute walk to the ceremony site (yes, we timed it). This is one of our absolute favorite places in New York!

All of New York's airports are pretty much equidistant to the hotels and event spaces via cab or Uber (should be a 30-40 minute ride, depending on traffic).
Flight
JFK is typically a 30-40 minute Uber/ cab ride to the neighborhood. For the adventurous, you can subway into the city by taking the AirTran directly from JFK Airport and taking the E line to Lexington Ave-53rd Street, then transferring to a downtown 6 train and getting off at Astor Place (which will put you right in the East Village, a few blocks from the Bowery Hotel).
Flight
From Newark Airport, you can get into the city by taking the train (either the Northeast Corridor or Northeast Regional) directly from Newark Airport to New York's Penn Station. From Penn Station, you can take the D or M subway line from 34th Street Herald Square toward Coney Island - Stillwell Ave, and ride 5 stops to the Broadway-Lafayette Street Station. Subway cards can be purchased at kiosks within all subway stations.
