Question

When should I RSVP?

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out

What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever is comfortable to you! It will be the middle of summer and the ceremony will take place outside (chairs will be provided). Also, there’s a gravel/dirt walkway leading to the ceremony site.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any special meal requests. We’ve elected to serve dinner buffet style and this will not allow for substitutions. Our menu will include: Appetizers: - BBQ Pork Nacho Crostini - Mini Brisket and Cheese tacos Main: - Smoked Brisket - Smoked Beef Sausage Sides: - Southern Style Potato Salad - BBQ baked beans

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a small amount of alcohol available for free and you have the option to BYOB.

Is there parking available at the ceremony site?

Answer

There is a very small (about 12 spots) parking lot at the entrance of Sapphire Point. This location is VERY commonly visited by hikers, photographers, etc. so we highly recommend carpooling to the ceremony site. There is a larger parking lot on the other side of the mountain at the Dillon Amphitheater. You can park there and carpool to Sapphire Point (approximately 15 mins) with another guest.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Rest assured, we have hired a FANTASTIC photographer and videographer. We respectfully ask that you do not take pictures or videos on your cell phone while the ceremony is in progress. Afterwards, you're more than welcome to take as many pictures as you'd like.
