Diamond Head
Diamond Head Trail is one of the most rewarding Oahu hikes, offering amazing 360 degrees views when you reach the top. Hiking Diamond Head might first appear to be a challenging all day climb, but these Oahu hiking trails can sometimes be deceiving, as it really only takes about 40 to 60 minutes to reach the 760-foot summit of the Diamond Head hike.
Pearl Harbor
Called Pu'uloa, meaning "long hill," or Wai Momi, literally, "water of pearl," by early Hawaiians, Pearl Harbor, so named because of the abundance of pearls once found within its protected waters, is the largest natural harbor in the State of Hawaii and the number one visitor destination on Oahu.
Hanauma Bay
Hanauma is a marine embayment formed within a tuff ring and located along the southeast coast of the Island of Oʻahu in the Hawaii Kai neighborhood of East Honolulu, in the Hawaiian Islands. Great for snorkeling!

Iolani Palace
Iolani Palace is a living restoration of a proud Hawaiian national identity and is recognized as the spiritual and physical multicultural epicenter of Hawaii. Built in 1882 by King Kalakaua, Iolani Palace was the home of Hawaii’s last reigning monarchs and served as the official royal residence and the residence of the Kingdom’s political and social life until the overthrow of the monarchy in 1893.
Honolulu Zoo
The Honolulu Zoo is the only zoo within a radius of 2,392 miles. It is also the only zoo in the United States that originated in a King’s grant of royal lands to the people. In 1876, King David Kalakaua, Monarch of Hawai‘i, made lands of the Leahi Crown Holdings available, “to the people of Hawai‘i.”

Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
The Makapuu Point Light on the island of Oahu has the largest lens of any lighthouse in the United States. This is a very easy hike with breathtaking views along the way. You can even make it to the top with flip flop!
