Most major airlines offer overnight flights from the East Coast, allowing you to arrive in Lisbon early in the morning. Most return flights to New Jersey depart around 10:30 a.m., so plan accordingly. **Passport Information** A valid passport is required for entry into Portugal. Ensure your passport is up to date and won’t expire within six months of your travel dates. Check it as soon as possible to avoid last-minute issues. **Transportation** Getting to Cascais from Lisbon Airport is easy. The drive takes about 30 minutes. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Bolt are widely available, fast, and inexpensive. Taxis are also available, but Uber and Bolt typically offer the best rates.
