All reservations are prepaid and must be made and paid directly to the U.S. Groups Department at least 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel.

Please note, this group rate does not have the flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following cancellation terms for group bookings: 60+ Days before arrival: 100% refund 59–30 days before arrival: The 20% deposit is non-refundable. 29–15 days before arrival: A 60% cancellation fee of the total reservation will apply. 14 days or less before arrival: A 100% cancellation fee of the total reservation will apply.
