What are the wedding date and location details?

We’ll be saying “I do” on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the beautiful Bahia Principe Grand Tulum Resort in sunny Tulum, Mexico.

How much does the hotel cost?

Answer

Our exclusive room block rate is $138 per person, with 2 adults per room, per night for a Premium Superior Room. This rate includes the resort’s all-inclusive amenities—all meals, drinks, entertainment, and more.

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Breezy and comfortable! Maxi dresses and button-down shirts are ideal. The ceremony will be on the sand. Please note that several of the restaurants that you may choose to dine at the resort require "semi-formal" dress: Recommended for women - Casual dresses, skirts or pants and blouses, summer dresses. Capris or dress shorts are also permitted. Recommended for men - Casual long pants, dress shorts, and dress shirts. Swimming and exercise shorts are not allowed.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

Cancún International Airport (CUN) Distance to the resort: ~ 96 km (≈ 60 miles) from the resort. Estimated driving time: about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Good for: Many international flights, large airport, more flexibility. Tulum International Airport (TQO) Distance to the resort: ~ 64 km from the resort Estimated driving time: around 1 hour Note: This is a newer/smaller airport and might have fewer direct flights or limited services; check availability. We also recommend checking prices from both LAX and TIJ (Tijuana, MX) airports for lower fares.

Yes, they do! We recommend booking your transfer when you book your room.

What are the passport requirements for traveling to Mexico?

Answer

A valid passport is required for all international travel to Mexico, including for children traveling by air.

Should we exchange money before arriving in Tulum?

Answer

Both Pesos and American Dollars are accepted in Tulum. You may want to bring some of each.

Can guests book their own rooms (for example, with points) and still attend the wedding?

Answer
