What should I Wear?

Answer

The theme of the wedding is a semi-formal garden party (with a slightly vintage vibe, think florals and gem tones). The color scheme is essentially rainbow based on colors from the flowers in the wedding invitation and on the main page of our website. It will be toastier that day, but generally cools off in the evening. The ceremony will be outside on grass so we don't recommend wearing pointy heeled shoes. Plan on flats, wedges, or chunkier heels. Once the party gets started, feel free to kick off the shoes and dance footloose and fancy free.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's Colorado, people. We could experience light to heavy rain showers for 30 seconds to 20 minutes. It could be sunny and perfect, or hot and windy. Pack a what-if jacket just in case. Rest assured, we have an indoor Plan B for the ceremony if inclement weather decides to make an appearance. There are lots of comfortable spaces to hang out around the property, inside and outside.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 19. This will help us get an accurate head count for catering and plan for seating arrangements.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please mention whatever serious food allergies you have when rsvping to this event. We are ensuring that everything is peanut-free. We will have gluten-free options and vegetarian options as well. We want to do our best to protect people with life-threatening allergies and provide inclusive options so that everyone is fed and happy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have yard games and table top games to keep the littles occupied. We just ask that everyone is patient and well-behaved for the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Please ask first before inviting a guest. We'd love to accommodate everyone, but our resources aren't boundless.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, we did not fill our room block so we do not have access to the hotel shuttle. Please plan to walk, drive, or catch a ride to and from your lodgings.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. Although we always recommend carpooling or ride sharing especially if you intend to imbibe alcoholic beverages (which we will have plenty of).
