What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 3:30 PM ET to allow ample time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins. Our Hindu wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM ET. Thank you for being on time and sharing this meaningful moment with us!

Can I bring my kids?

This is an adult only ceremony and reception, with the exception of our beloved niece and nephews, who will be part of the day with us. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1, 2027 through our wedding website. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The ceremony will be a Hindu celebration held outdoors, followed by an indoor Nepali-American cocktail hour and reception. Semi-formal attire is perfect for both events. You’re welcome to wear traditional Hindu or Nepali attire (like saris, lehengas, or kurtas) or Western cocktail attire (like dresses and suits). Wear what makes you feel festive and comfortable - just keep in mind the outdoor ceremony when choosing your shoes and layers!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles running for guests staying at the two hotels mentioned in the Travel section, both to and from the hotel at the start of the ceremony and at the end of the night. Uber and Lyfts should also be readily available in the area for convenient transportation to and from the venue.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at the venue with plenty of space for all guests. No need to worry about finding a spot.

Can I park overnight?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up the following morning. Please note that both we and the venue are not responsible for any damage, theft, or issues that may occur while your car is parked overnight. Ubers and Lyfts should be readily available in the area.

Are vegetarian and vegan meal options available?

Answer

Vegetarian options will be available throughout and do not require advance notice. If you require a vegan meal for our seated dinner, please kindly let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
