We're getting married!

It all started with a swipe, and a bold move - made by Priyeta on February 21, 2019. She asked Chris out first on Hinge, and the very next day they met for dinner in Jersey City. That first date, on 2/22, quickly became more than just dinner. It became the start of everything. Since that night, Chris and Priyeta have grown - in love, in life, and in every way imaginable. They've gone on a backpacking trip, traveled to eleven countries, moved four times, encouraged each other to chase new dreams, set new goals, and still always find their way back to each other - usually on a couch, surrounded by snacks, with their dog Abel curled up beside them. On the sixth anniversary of their very first date, 2/22 once again, Chris surprised Priyeta with a beautiful proposal surrounded by both their families. From Friday night date nights in New York City to quiet mornings in nature, becoming an aunt and uncle, and raising their beloved Abel, their love has only grown stronger. It’s the kind of love that turns even errands into adventures and lazy Sundays into their favorite days. Now, they can’t wait to finally tie the knot and celebrate the journey with the people who mean the most.
