FAQs

The Wedding Website of Morgan Purdy and Chris Fischer
Question

When can I RSVP?

Answer

The earlier the better! Please RSVP by March 30 at the latest so we can be sure to accommodate everyone.

Question

When should I plan to arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving Wednesday night or early Thursday. We are having a casual welcome event on Thursday evening. We look forward to seeing you then if you can make it!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder in Boulder. The booking link is available in the "Travel" section of our wedding website. If you choose to book your own hotel room or an Airbnb, we strongly recommend staying in Boulder. There may also be options in the nearby cities of Broomfield, Louisville, or Lafayette. Be advised that Friday rush hour traffic can impact your travel time from these cities to the venue.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In all honesty . . . who knows!? For reference: In Boulder, it was sunny and 70 degrees on April 17, 2025, and then it snowed 7+ inches the very next day. Keep an eye on the forecast, but we recommend bringing layers and to be prepared for winter weather, just in case.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Gowns, tuxes, cocktail dresses, and suits are welcome! Keep in mind that winter weather could occur so dress accordingly.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Boulder Creek has a large, unpaved parking lot outside the venue. We are also arranging a shuttle for guests between Embassy Suites and the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate them at our ceremony and reception due to space constraints with the venue. Thank you for making arrangements.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to space constraints with the venue, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
