We know that the Lakes is a long way from home for everyone, and appreciate the effort and expense that has gone into everyone being able to attend and stay for the wedding.
With that in mind, we wanted to put some information together that will hopefully help with accommodation for your stay. Below are a number of recommended hotels/places to look for accommodation that we hope will suit everyone, as well as some Qs + As.
Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa - Our venue itself has a a number of rooms and suites available onsite, some of which come with spa access.
Mary Mount Hotel - One of our favourites in the area and is only a 3 minute walk to the venue! (We timed it ourselves!)
The Leathes Head - This hotel boasts great reviews and is only a 3 minute drive from the venue.
Keswick - Airbnb has a range of property types in Keswick that are suitable for couples and groups. There is also a Premier Inn hotel in the centre.

Do taxis run between Keswick and the venue?
Answer
Taxis will run to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. There are a number of taxi operators in Keswick and the venue will be happy to assist with booking a taxi home if needed.

How far is it to Keswick from the venue?
Answer
It is 9 minutes in the car from Keswick to Lodore Falls, it is about a 20 minute ferry journey if you choose to take a Derwentwater ferry.
