Flight
Bellingham is about 2 hours north of this airport with a drive through Seattle then north along the Western side of WA along I5. It's probably the easiest for the most flights in/out from the US. There are some flights from SeaTac to Bellingham on Alaska Airlines that make it really easy, but the price is usually high and the timings are strange!
Flight
YVR is a little over an hour from Bellingham, but the trip does involve a border crossing so it can be variable. Vancouver is a cool city to explore if you were planning to spend a day on either end!
Travel Note
A rental car is definitely recommended. There are Ubers and Lyfts, but they are a little limited and can't always be depended on.
Travel Note
There aren't very many hotels that are centrally located, so AirBnb and VRBO are great choices for this town if you want to be a little more in the heart of things. Here are some neighborhood/location recommendations: Fairhaven: cute downtown zone, fairly convenient to the venue, great walkability to the water, boardwalk, and coffee shops and restaurants. Downtown: right in the heart of things, a lot of restaurants, breweries, and shops of all kinds, but definitely a little louder. Lettered Streets/Columbia Neighborhood/Sunnyland: for quiet neighborhood vibes, but you still can't get very far from a brewery or coffee shop in this town. Lake Samish: there are a few places on AirBnB, less convenient to the amenities of a town but very close to the venue. Plus, lakefront lifestyle!
