We will be gathering at the outdoor patio right off the hotel lobby.
Please join us for a casual welcome party to kick off the weekend! We will have yard games, music and light snacks for our guests to enjoy. Each guest will be given a drink ticket to use at the hotel bar.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Formal/Cocktail attire is preferred. You will need a cover up or jacket as the evening cools down. We kindly ask you avoid jeans/khakis and sundresses
Shuttles will be provided for guests to and from the hotel (Hyatt House Denver/Lakewood at Belmar) and venue. Shuttles with leave the hotel at 3:15 pm. Shuttles will take guests back to the hotel at 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Due to the nature of our venue, our guests will be required to sign a waiver. See FAQ for more details on this.
