A Private Cruise on Lake Como

Attire is relaxed, elegant outfit suitable for boat ride. May want sun hat/sunglasses or a sweater/light jacket (lake breezes can be cool)
The boat tour will start in Pescallo, which is about a 5–10-minute walk from Hotel Belvedere. We will be on the boat for approximately 4 hours, enjoying light finger foods and wine or champagne along the way. There may be a stop in one of the romantic villages on the lake, such as Varenna. The boat will drop us off around 5:00 pm and from there guests can head back to hotel to freshen up and get ready before dinner.

We will meet in the hotel lobby area around 7:15 pm and walk to the restaurant. It is a 6-minute walk from the hotel.

Wedding Preparations
11:00 am - 3:45 pm

Ladies, please wear the champagne-colored pajamas and slippers during our getting-ready time!
The ladies will begin preparations in the Bride & Groom Suite around 11:00 AM, enjoying a relaxed morning of hair, makeup, and mimosas, with light bites such as sandwiches from town or food ordered from the hotel. The hotel also reserved their Library area for us to get ready in. The gentlemen will gather in the Parents’ Suite around 1:00 PM to get ready, have sandwiches from town or food ordered from hotel, and enjoy some beer/cocktails, and toast together before the ceremony. Stefanie Moura, the photographer, will arrive at 2:30 PM and will begin capturing photos in the men’s suite first, then move to the women’s suite before the ceremony.
Ceremony Under the Olive Trees
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
The ceremony is planned to begin promptly at 4:00 PM and will last approximately 20 minutes. We are deeply grateful that Tony will be officiating our wedding. Tony will be positioned at the front, with all guests seated by 4:00 PM—except Chris, Kathryn, Laura and Larry. Should the weather be unfavorable, a beautiful indoor space has been reserved as a backup to ensure the celebration continues seamlessly.
Aperitivo
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Immediately following the ceremony, guests are invited to an aperitivo with an open bar and delicate hors d’oeuvres. Kathryn and Chris will then share their inaugural toast as husband and wife, followed by their first dance.
A Gourmet Evening Soirée

Following the aperitivo, guests are invited to an elegant, intimate dining experience to conclude the evening celebrations!
