Both our ceremony and reception will be held on-site at Harvest Inn located at 1 Main St, St Helena, CA 94574.
The ceremony will be held at the Vin Rose Lawn located to the back left of the main Manor house and will begin promptly at 5pm PST. Please refer to the venue map if you need help finding it.
Harvest Inn has provided our guests a 15% off link that can be found under the "Travel" tab of this wedding website where you can also find other nearby hotel suggestions recommended by our wedding planners.
Our wedding dress code is semi-formal "garden party". For ladies, we recommend below the knee dresses in a spring color palette and lighter-colored suits for the gentlemen. Please avoid white and black which is reserved for the bride and groom. The wedding is outdoors with the ceremony and cocktail hour being held on grass. Please see the "Dress Code" page for more details.
St. Helena is a sleepy town. Dancing ends at 11pm but we may arrange to head downtown to Ana's Cantina – one of the few late-night spots in town. Stay tuned!
Yes. Our venue has plenty of free parking available.
Yes. The drive from most nearby airports is over an hour, and nighttime Ubers and Lyfts in Napa are unreliable. For these reasons, you'll want the freedom of your own car to explore wine country and get back to your hotel post-wedding.
We'll need everyone's final RSVP's and menu selections by March 15th. No exceptions!
Anyone with a plus one will also see their partner's name listed upon RSVPing online. Unfortunately, we are at guest capacity and are unable to accommodate additional plus ones at this time.
You'll be missed! Kindly enter your last name on the RSVP page and select "will not attend" for anyone in your party who can't make it.
Our wedding is child-free. However, if you'd like to arrange for childcare the day/evening of the wedding, we can reach out to our wedding planners for referrals.
Yes! The Paynes are generously treating anyone who is in town Friday evening to a welcome dinner party at Southbridge Napa Valley (a 5-minute drive from our venue).
The bride, groom, family, and wedding party will arrive Thursday in Napa. We plan to host day activities (wine tastings, yoga, golf, etc.) on Friday for anyone who is in town prior to our welcome dinner.
With the exception of the ceremony (which will be UNPLUGGED), we encourage guests to capture as many photos and videos as possible during our special day – especially in a vertical format for social media ;) Ask us about the shared album!
