Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP via your Paperless Post invitation by September 13, 2021!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a fund for our honeymoon and future home that can be found under the "Registry" page on this site, and are grateful for any gift!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "all-terrain formal." This means that we hope you will have fun dressing up, but also keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding and you will be encountering grass, gentle hills, pavement, and gravel. It also might be chilly or might get chilly. We want everyone to be comfortable! Chris and I are gonna get fancy, and if you want to too, we'd love that :) And if you don't want to, that's ok too!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know about any food allergies ASAP <3

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are very welcome!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be in front of The Lantern Inn (10 Main St) and along the road, as well as in the parking lot of Maxon Mills (37 Furnace Bank Rd) and down the road in the Luther Barn field (turn in onto the gravel road at 19 Furnace Bank Rd).

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we didn't specify in our invitation to you, and there's someone you would like to come, please ask us!

Question

What about Covid-19?

Answer

We ask that all eligible people come fully vaccinated. If this is not feasible for you, kindly recuse yourself from attending, and let's find another time to be together that is not in such a large group setting. We also ask that everyone including children (but excluding babies) procure a negative test within 36 hours of attending our ceremony. This could be a rapid antigen test (https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/binaxnow-covid-19-antigen-self-test-at-home-kit/ID=300414527-product) or a PCR test (we have used Pixel several times and it is easy and covered by insurance https://www.pixel.labcorp.com). The wedding will take place entirely outdoors under tents without walls, though bathroom access requires you passing through the Lantern. We ask that you wear a mask and use hand san when accessing the bathroom and when serving yourself from the communal table. If, given these precautions, you still feel unsafe coming, we completely understand, and hope to celebrate with you another time!
