Hotel

JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe

160 Avenida Santa Fe
Ciudad de México, CDMX 01219, Mexico
 +52 55 5292 7272

** Please use this link to get a special discounted rate as our wedding guest when staying at the JW Marriott in Mexico City Santa Fe: https://www.marriott.com/events/start.mi?id=1675464431266&key=GRP This rate is valid between Wednesday March 8th through Sunday March 12th, 2023. If you follow this link, a standard/deluxe room for two adults will cost $136/night/avg (which includes taxes and fees). Single rooms include a high end buffets breakfast for 1 adult daily and double rooms include the buffet breakfast for 2 adults, so if you’re a couple you might want to book a double room to include breakfast for both (we’ve had breakfast here many times and it is more of a restaurant than a continental breakfast, it does not disappoint!). The rate includes Wi-Fi. Bell hops ($3/person), housekeeping ($2.50/room/night), and Delivery Services ($2/room/package) are separate. Last day to book to receive this special pricing is Monday March 6th, 2023. Bottled water is available at the front desk, room service upon demand, concierge (paid via tips, great for hailing you private cars/taxis or finding tourist activities), and a small Mexican silver store are all available at this location. We recommend staying at the JW Marriott in Mexico City Santa Fe. This hotel is not only close to the wedding venue, but English is spoken widely onsite and it is in a great part of town! The traffic in and out of Mexico City is rather thick and can take over an hour to drive out to the convent, so we highly recommend staying here. We also recommend signing up for a free Marriott Bonvoy Membership that will provide you with free wifi and allow you to accrue points for your trip! https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/member-benefits/member.mi

Flight

Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX)

Mexico City's International Airport is the best airport to fly into. You will likely find staff who are English speaking and can help you get around. This is a large airport in the center of the densely populated Mexico City. Please plan on a lengthy drive (~1 hour) to the more secluded and slow-paced neighborhood of Mexico City Santa Fe where the hotel and wedding venue are. *Airport code MEX*

Travel Note

Currency

Although many places in Mexico City do take credit and/or debit cards, we advise you draw Mexican Pesos from an ATM after arriving in the country. This can be done at the airport and all ATMs we have encountered thus far work with US credit/debit cards. Most ATMs in Mexico have displays in both Spanish and English. The exchange rate tends to hover around 18 Mx Pesos per $1 USD.

Travel Note

Group Taxi Rate

Please check back soon to find our group rate on a taxi service to and from the airport to the hotel we are partnering with!!
